I am opening a new pack each week for 52 weeks of Splinterlands Chaos Legion cards. I purchased the packs at around $2.25 on Tribaldex, which is a great discount from the retail price of $4 a pack on Splinterlands. Cards can also be purchased on Hive-Engine.com As the weeks continue, I should have considered not purchasing all 52 packs at once. Currently, packs can be purchased for $1.96, which would have made this week a PROFIT WEEK!
Wave Brood is a heavy hitter in the value department. The card alone is worth $1.99. Unfortunately, it didn't get me out of the negative on the old Profit and Loss statement. The return on this pack was only $2.13. The cumulative cost at this point is $9, while the return is only $4.36.

OUCH to the OUCHIE!

Remember first and foremost it's a game and Splinterlands is a fun one. I am optimistic that the remaining 48 weeks will bring some great cards!
