What I'm about to share is one of my battles that I really enjoy watching because it was fun, and I think the combo is quite beautiful and entertaining. I have also included a helpful tip that has been assisting me in acquiring assets in Splinterlands.

I'm going to share the combo of using Lily Shieldpow, Vruz, and the Noxious Fumes rule set. Lily Shieldpow is a legendary summoner from the dragon element, while Vruz is a common, low-health monster of the same element. Noxious Fumes is a battle rule set that poisons all monsters at the start of the round.

LILY SHIELDPOW
Lily has the ability to add 1 health, camouflage, and triage ability. Camouflage is an ability that prevents you from being targeted by your enemy unless you are in the first position. The triage ability heals the friendly back-line unit that has taken the most damage.

VRUZ
This monster was very interesting, which is why I bought and maxed it. My main reason is to add low mana monsters to my collection, especially those in the dragon element. Maxed Vruz has 2 melee attacks, 7 speed, and 3 health. Its abilities are sneak, martyr, and TrueStrike. Martyr is a new ability in Splinterlands wherein when a unit with the martyr ability dies in battle, it grants adjacent characters +1 to all stats.

NOXIOUS FUMES RULESET
This rule set poisons all monsters at the start of every round. Here are some important points to note while we have this rule. First, units with Immunity are not affected by poison. Second, this is a one-time application: units that are cleansed, resurrected, or rebirthed will not be poisoned again. Third, enrage is triggered by the application of poison.

APPLICATION OF THIS COMBO...

Here is my battle, it was a 3 battle rule, mana requirement is 16 and the elements available for battles are life, earth and dragon. The 3 battle rules are no legendaries, unprotected and noxious fumes.

BATTLE LINE UP
For my lineup, I used Lily Shieldpow from the life element. These are the monsters I picked and arranged as follows: Pelacor Conjurer (level 10), Vulguine (level 8), Vruz (level 10), and Venari Crystalsmith (level 8).

My opponent uses Lorna Shine from the life element, which is also a powerful summoner. The advantage is that it costs only 3 mana compared to my summoner, which costs 6 mana. He can allocate the mana difference to monsters. His monsters are arranged as follows: Pelacor Conjurer (level 10), Uraeus (level 6), Vulguine (level 8), Stitch Leech (level 10), Celestial Harpy (level 8), and Chaos Agent (level 10).

BATTLE SUMMARY

ROUNDS 1 AND 2
With the camouflage ability of Lily Shieldpaw, my first-position monster, Pelacor Conjurer, becomes the target even if my opponent uses monsters with sneak and opportunity abilities. Here, we can see that Lily Shieldpaw is healing Vulguine, which will serve as our tank once my first position is eliminated. As long as my enemy misses and my last-position monster is still alive, it will be difficult for my opponent to destroy my front line. In round 2, the poison damage will take effect, and on this round, my opponent's Chaos Agent was killed.

ROUND 3
In this round, we will witness the effect of Vruz's martyr ability, which grants +1 to all stats for nearby monsters when he is killed. Additionally, my opponent loses 2 monsters in this round, which adds life to my Vulguine due to its scavenger ability. As a result, Vulguine is now at full health, and Lily Shieldpaw's healing priority will be my Venari Crystalsmith.

ROUND 4
In this last round, it becomes advantageous for me as my monsters have full health, increased speed, and damage.

MY STRAT FOR INCREASING ASSETS IN SPLINTERLANDS

Most of us know how the Splinterlands ecosystem works, which includes card rental, battling, tournaments, brawls, and the buying and selling of assets in Splinterlands. Some other games are also tied up with Splinterlands, like GLX, which is based on your staked SPS, and some players may use this to increase their assets in Splinterlands. Another way is through social media challenges and Battle Mage secrets. Although only a few people may be participating, I think we should give it a try as it is very helpful for growing our Splinterlands community and has greatly assisted me in acquiring assets and growing my account on HIVE. The Splinterlands social media and Battle Mage secrets occur weekly, and you must follow the rules for Steemmonster to upvote your content. There are also other curators in the community who will upvote your content. The value of the upvote depends on the account reputation. Each piece of content is given 7 days before the accumulated rewards are sent for payout. The default payout distribution is 50% to the author and 50% to the curator. This is the beauty of web 3 social media wherein no 3rd party required, and I believe we should continue exploring and discovering more about it.

Author rewards will be sent to our HIVE keychain in the form of HP and HBD. The HBD can be converted to HIVE to increase HP, or it can be sent to HIVE engine to convert it into your favorite token. You can also use it for credits for rentals or send it to exchanges for monetization. Below is my author reward for last week's challenge. I have converted the HBD to HIVE and transferred it to HIVE engine. So far, I have 38.157 HIVE for last week's challenge.

With this amount of HIVE, I managed to accumulate 625 SPS. SPS will be the basis of collection power, so it's very important to accumulate it. I believe that Splinterlands will become mainstream in the play-to-earn category for blockchain.
