My plan for the upcoming Splinterlands update: "Staked SPS for CP"

What amazes me about Splinterlands is its continuous updates. The game consistently finds ways to stay relevant and be the best play-to-earn game. Believing in something means we have to find ways to adapt to the changes, and it's great to see that the community agrees with the changes being implemented. Below is the roadmap that Splinterlands will be implementing.

The latest plan is to replace the CP requirement per rating with SPS staking. This move will be positive for SPS as it will provide utility. There will be a required amount of SPS that needs to be staked per rating in order to receive 100% of the rewards per league.

What I'm considering is converting the rewards I receive from playing the game, such as chaos packs and vouchers. I believe this would be the best decision for now, considering the market's uncertainty. Over time, I have accumulated 19 chaos packs, and I intend to accumulate SPS to align with this new update.

Here is what I'm doing: I transfer these chaos packs to Hive Engine, where we can sell them for Hive. Then, we use the Hive to purchase SPS and transfer it back to the game, where we stake it.

1. Transferring of chaos pack from in-game to Hive engine.
   

2. Selling chaos pack in exchange of Hive.
   

3. Using Hive to buy SPS.
   

4. Transferring in the SPS in the game.
   

5. Staking SPS.
   

With the addition of the sales of chaos packs, my final staked SPS now amounts to 58,941.777 SPS. Considering the potential update to collection power, my staked SPS would only be sufficient for Gold I. If my goal is to reach Champion League I, my current SPS represents only 14.25% of the required 413,368.05 SPS, which is the maximum league requirement.

If the table below is correct, then playing in the Champion League would result in receiving rewards ranging between 30-40%.

Converting Chaos packs and vouchers may not be sufficient if the goal is to reach the maximum tier. I will need to invest more. Fortunately, there is still enough time to plan for the new update. What is important now is to continue playing the game and see what the near future holds.
