Splinterlands Affiliate Earnings In Review (August & September)

In the middle of August I launched an initiative to sign up new players to Splinterlands. The offer details can be found by clicking-->Reminder: Free Card Delegation For New Splinterland Sign Ups. Splinterlands Affiliate Program

Splinterlands has an affiliate program that offers 5% rev share of purchases made from Splinterlanders that used an affiliate link to sign up. Not all purchases qualify for the 5% referral bonus. To find your affiliate link simply log in to Splinterlands and go to your profile section. Once you do so you will see the section named Affiliate Link. Click it to display your personal affiliate link / copy and paste that link anywhere you think you might be able to get new sign ups (No spamming your link).

August Reviewed:

Thirteen (err, unlucky number) sign ups in total for August have used my affiliate link. Out of these sign ups five purchased the Spellbook. The others might purchase later if they ever come back to the game but for the time being 5/13 decided the game was worth spending $10 USD on.

September Reviewed:

I seen a big drop in total users who decided to use my affiliate link to sign up to Splinterlands in September compared to August. For the month of September I managed to get just four new players to use my affiliate link. Out of those four players only one has purchased the Spellbook. The others might opt in to purchasing later down the road.

Dam man, if i knew at the time i would have signed up with it too. I didnt come across your posts until after i started playing. Probably no way of doing it after the fact right?

Or did i even have the option,because i already had a hive account?

I know there's a discord channel dedicated for such inquires as yours above. I'm not sure if the splinterlands team allows for players to link to someone after signing up (I think they do but I'm not positive).

However I don't think they would allow for signups to switch affiliates as that would be a big No,No in the affiliate world.

One can still link to an affiliate regardless of if they already have a HIVE account or not. Clicking an affiliate link is all that is required. The first affiliate link you click is the affiliate that gets credit for the sign up.

I'm not sure if the splinterlands team allows for players to link to someone after signing up (I think they do but I'm not positive).

I know they used to because they did it for me long ago. Not sure if it's ongoing.

I think September low amount of people did it because it's before chaos . Although I'm curious how many new players will come after the last update the Devs did about bronze League.

This is a really good feature, especially for me who uses multi-account. I have been using my main account's affiliate code so that I could have a cash back into my credits. anyway I've started doing multi-account just because I could avoid spending a lot of DEC for End season rental price hike. Anyway always thankful to your posts man,
