Death Elemental Fanart || Splinterlands Art Contest Week 255. (Esp/Eng)

I hope you are doing very well, in good health, I wish you a good day.

Today I bring the Fanart with which I will participate in the Splinterlands contest this week. For this new occasion I decided to make the character of Death Elemental, a powerful death type card, that at first sight we can appreciate a dark specimen, similar to a dead soul so to speak. For this drawing I decided to use the technique of colored pencils on paper.

For this drawing I decided to use a perspective reference and style the drawing to pop out of the margin looking fantastic. I wanted to make the face look with a macabre smile. I also made the character in a fist clenching pose as if making an energy charge.

The next thing I would be doing is the outlining, for the outlining I used a looser type of lines and not so precise. I used mostly markers number 03, 05 and 08. I left the eyes without highlighting since I would do them directly and only with color.

The clothes of the character I drew with the color navy blue and the skin of the character I drew with the color Night blue. The strip that makes of belt I would draw it with the color blue night and on top I would throw a little of black.

With the navy blue color, with a little more intensity I drew inside the clothes of the character, and so I was also alternating with the intensity of the tone of the color to create the shadows and volumes of the fabric of the clothes. Also with the night blue, I was drawing with more or less strength in some areas as the lights required it for illumination. And with the black color I darkened some areas that required a darker tone.

I then took it upon myself to add a couple of yellow flashes mixed with purple lines to his fist. I drew a kind of aura of purple color, for now only the outline. Then I was drawing the background of totally black color and left a little clear the parts where the aura would pass so at least a little color would be noticed, while I was drawing the background I was filling the aura of purple color that covered the body of the Elemental. And then, with an eraser I erased spaces to give light to the drawing so it wouldn't look flat, for example: the hands, the hood, etc. Also a little on the edges of the silhouette of the character, this to give brightness to the aura.

Hola amigos, bienvenidos a un nuevo post.

Espero que se encuentren muy bien, con mucha salud, les deseo un buen día.

El día de hoy traigo el Fanart con el cual participaré en el concurso de Splinterlands de esta semana. Para esta nueva ocasión decidí hacer al personaje de Death Elemental, una poderosa carta de tipo muerte, que a simple vista podemos apreciar a un espécimen oscuro, parecido a un alma muerta por así decirlo. Para este dibujo decidí usar la técnica de lápices de colores sobre papel.

Para este dibujo decidí usar una referencia en perspectiva y con un estilo de que el dibujo se saliera del margen viéndose fantástico. Quise hacer que la cara de viera con una sonrisa macabra. También el personaje lo hice en pose de cerrar el puño como haciendo una carga de energía.

Lo siguiente que estaría haciendo es el delineado, para el delineado use un tipo de líneas más sueltas y no tan precisas. Use mayormente los marcadores número 03, 05 y 08. Dejé los ojos sin remarcar ya que estos los haría directamente y solo con color.

La vestimenta del personaje la dibujé con el color azul marino y la piel de este mismo la dibujé con el color Azul noche. La tira que hace de cinturón la dibujaría con el color azul noche y encima echaría un poco de negro.

Con el color azul marino, con un poco más de intensidad dibujé dentro la vestimenta del personaje, y así también fui alternando con la intensidad del tono del color para crear las sombras y volúmenes de la tela de la ropa. Asimismo también con el azul noche, iba trazando con más o menos fuerzas en algunas zonas según las luces lo requerían para la iluminación. Y con el color negro oscurecí algunas zonas que requerían un tono más oscuro.

Luego me encargue de agregarle a su puño un par de destellos amarillos mezclados con líneas de color mora. Trace una especie de aura de color mora, por ahora solo el contorno. Luego iba dibujando el fondo de color totalmente negro y dejaba un poco claro las partes donde pasaría el aura así se notará al menos un poco el color, mientras dibujaba el fondo iba rellenando el aura de color mora que cubría el cuerpo del Elemental. Y después, con una goma de borrar borre espacios para darle luz al dibujo y no se viera plano, como por ejemplo: las manos, y la capucha, etc. También un poco en los bordes de la silueta del personaje, esto para darle brillo del aura.
