RULESET: FIRE AND REGRET

Description: All Monsters have the Return Fire ability.

Info: Try to avoid ranged monsters.

The Battle

Battle Rulesets	Description	Info
FIRE AND REGRET	All Monsters have the Return Fire ability.	Try to avoid ranged monsters.
GOING THE DISTANCE	Only Monsters with Ranged attacks may be used in battles.	Choose a summoner that increases/reduces Ranged attacks.
HEALED OUT	All healing abilities are removed from Monsters and Summoners.	You can skip monsters and summoners having Affliction. Life Leech is not impacted by this ruleset.

Lineup

It was an interesting game because only monsters with ranged attacks were allowed, but the return fire ruleset was caused some trouble.

Card	Strategy
	Lux Vega - My default choice in most of the games. As most of the time, her stats are ideal for this game. Especially the +1 armor was helpful.
	Sniping Narwhal - I want to fill all the mana spots, but that was a bad choice. There was a better monster to this position.
	Gargoya Devil - I used a lot, especially a ranged-only game because it is a natural monster with good skill and close range ability. It was a good choice for this game too.
	Swamp Spitter - My new favorite ranged monster. Repair ability is a must in this type of battle.
	Merdhampir - I am fun of Life Leech and cause it is a ranged monster I often used it as a backline monster. In this game, it was also a good fit.
	Wave Brood - A strong taunt ranged monster, one of the best, little slow but it useful in lot of games.
	Supply Runner - This monster is my most used natural ranged card, so obviously it is part of my team. Speed and additional health are always good things.

No. I should select a different monster to position 1, there was a better choice for 3 mana:

Battle Results

Which cards are good/bad for FIRE AND REGRET ruleset? Why or why not?

• Obviously ranged monsters are not ideal for this ruleset and also monsters with return fire lost an advantage
• Magic and melee monsters are better choices.
