This post is an entry to the SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! SPIRIT HOARDER

Overview

SPIRIT HOARDER is a low mana (3) natural card. It has a magic attack, which is my favorite, and some support abilities. I think it has an excellent mana-value ratio.

Stats

AbilitiesLevelDescription
1TRIAGEHeals the friendly back-line Monster that has taken the most damage.
2DISPELWhen this monster hit an enemy, it clears all positive status effects on that enemy.
3BLINDAll enemy Melee & Ranged attacks have an increased chance of missing their target.

Market prices

Currently it is an average price legendary, not the cheapest one, but not too expensive too.
As most of the time in the case of legendaries, the gold foil version is almost as expensive as the max-level regular one.

For renting out it is an low-average card, only the maximum level is rented out for an acceptable price.

Battle RulesetsDescriptionInfo
FOG OF WARMonsters lose the Sneak and Snipe abilities.A good tank and a balanced line up of Magic and Ranged monsters is the trick to win in this ruleset. Use monsters with Opportunity. Keep your monsters in an ascending order of their HP.
WANDS OUTWands Out: Only Monsters with Magic attack may be used in battles.
AIMLESSAll Monsters have the Scattershot ability.

Lineup

It was a magic-only low mana battle, so my summoner was an obvious choice.

CardStrategy
Thaddius Brood - I think he is a perfect fit to Wands Out ruleset, cause -1 magic damage.
Venari Spellsmith - I think never use it in the front, but with redemption, it was not a bad decision.
Doctor Blight - One of my most used magic natural monster, but I didn't remember why to put it him the front. That was a mistake.
Venari Bonesmith - Another good reward card, with magic damage and life leech it became a very strong monster at the end of the battles.
Elven Mystic - Unfortunately I had only level 1 version of this card and this was the key factor in the battle. I should collect a higher version from this card. From 4 it has Silence which is a perfect thing in Wands Out rulesets.
Revealer - One of my favorite death rewards cards, It has Stun from level 1 and has good stats for only 4 mana.
Spirit Hoarder - Monster of the week. Good magic damage and very useful support skills in the Aimless ruleset.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

No. There were some good choices in my team, but the level 1 Mystic and the enemy Oshanus were the key factor in my lost. I will look forward to some missing high-life magic monsters. Djinn Muirat is a good guess :)
