12-Month Installment Program for Land Plots

I've finally done it! I've secured a land plot for my Splinterlands account thanks to the people behind the TeamPH community, @leveluplifeph and @mangomayhem. A little background on my Splinterlands journey, I've been playing this game on and off since May 2021. Land plots were still selling for 20 dollars each at the time and I remember buying a plot in AtomicHub (Wax blockchain) but eventually selling it right after, not knowing how valuable land will be.

Throughout the two years of my involvement in the game, I've invested and withdrawn my assets multiple times due to financial reasons. But so far, the vision, dedication and integrity of the team behind Splinterlands are unmatched in the play-to-earn space. And this has solidified my trust in the project and at the same time, regret for not acquiring and holding a couple of plots for cheap when it was available.

Fast forward today and I'm happy to finally have the opportunity to own a piece of land. I've seen projects like EZLICENSE where players can buy a fraction of a validator node and then redeem it for a full node once they acquire 100 of the tokens. I was waiting for someone to offer something similar for land plots. Then I've heard about this land plot installment offer by TeamPH and signed up as soon as I can.

I first heard of Level Up Life when he did an interview in the SHQ Gaming and Collectible channel. I admired his vision of trying to provide an opportunity for Filipino players through Splinterlands. And then a few months back, he "leveled up" his game and founded TeamPH together with Mangomayhem and other investors. I really thought they would just focus on providing scholarship accounts so I was really surprised to hear that they are now offering rent-to-own decks and installment land plots. This is a game changer, in my opinion, as this is true opportunity for Filipinos like me who has a hard time coughing up the upfront capital but share the passion and enjoyment of the game. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
