My Introduction: Sneak Peak on the Life of Suteru

It's been more than a year since I started blogging on Hive and comparing from when I started I have learned a lot. And along the way I met people and communities that help me better understand more about Hive. And I'm thankful one of them is Henthusiast Haven Community, many of the things I know today about curation all thanks to the guild and of course @lolxsbudoy for answering all my many inquiries.

And now were here in this day the guild is finally and officially a tribe on hive, Congratulations on that milestone.

So let's get to the real purpose of this post. I am here today to introduce myself to every members and soon to be members of the guild, and I just like to say this before proceeding, Thank you for accepting me as one of the first official member of the guild, I know more milestones will be reached and I'll be very glad to be there to witness all those upcoming Milestones.

My name is Sotero that goes by the username @suteru , I am a native Igorot from the province of Benguet, one of the Northern Provinces of the Philippines, our place is mostly known for places like Baguio the Summer Capital of the Philippines and La Trinidad the Strawberry Capital of Philippines.

But since I live in the northern part of the country , I can say that one of my hobbies is going to the beach since we only have mountains in our place. Whenever I have time to spare we go to the nearest beach to catch some waves and some fresh and relaxing air. When I'm not at the beach or infront of my laptop I am probably in the farm planting any thing that bears fruit that I can harvest someday.

I am not a techy person and I am not that exposed to the virtual world, so all this things are kind of new to me. Before the pandemic hit I am just a casual gamer of mobile games and just browsing Facebook and Youtube just looking for things that interests me or catches my attention. It is during the pandemic that I came across NFT games thru my friends and this is where it all started.

I was first introduced to hive thru the game Splinterlands, I only played Splinterlands as a game and not knowing the ecosystem where it operates, the one they call hive. All thanks to my guildmate @wizzardsly he introduced me to Peakd where it opened many doors for me. By exploring peakd I learned lot of things outside Splinterlands. Many earning opportunities were introduced to me like in blogging , trading and playing other games on Hive.

At first I was really overwhelmed with all the things that is happening on hive but like I said thanks to the people I met and all the communities that accepted me like Teamph, Hiveph and Henthusiast Haven everything were cleared and slowly absorbed in my system in a way that I now can use them to better explore the other corners of the ecosystem. And now I can also share the small knowledge that I acquired to help newcomers to better understand the potential and opportunities on Hive.

This is just the beginning, more will be learned , I will surely meet more people and friends. Let's all build and grow together.
