TeamPH Launches Champion Deck Initiative, First Season Rewards and Payout

Our Community Leaders have always looked for opportunities, in which we could potentially assist those that have invested in our project. With the Introduction of our HIVE Curation Account, we have noticed an increase in Community Members, potential collaborations, as well as a more productive workforce. We believe in Empowerment, but we, as the Main Investors also believe that we should lead by example, organically our Community will follow.

We are most appreciative for the support we have received. Community Members who believe in our vision have selflessly delegated their Hive Power. We have managed to obtain more than 21,000 HP within a very short period of time pushing our upvote to 0.42usd, our Goal is to hit 1usd by the end of this year. We are actively reading posts and upvoting accordingly and will use this platform to ensure that viewers are given transparency through regular and factual updates in regards to our organizations progress.

The Team-Philippines Account also has a Chaos Legion & Rewards Card Diamond/Champion Deck attached to it. It is played by one of TeamPH's finest, @damienwolf. He is the First Filipino Streamer of Splinterlands and can be found entertaining the masses on his Sunday Time Slot at 5pm via @splinterlandstv on Twitch. He also streams of Facebook for the Filipino Community. He earned this deck through his support and contributions. The purpose of this deck is not only to give it's scholar an opportunity to earn, it is also used to pay dividends to our Top 10 Rich List of Staked TeamPH Token Holders (Not including the main investors), and to assist in powering up our Curation Account.

We are about 90% in completion of the deck, there are some key Legendary cards missing, but we are focused on giving @damienwolf the tools that he needs to remain competitive. We will be completing this as quickly as possible. @mangomayhem will also be staking SPS on the account to provide it's scholar access to Tournaments, may we be victorious in the Ring of Fire.

Our scholar was issued this deck 5 days ago and managed to produce the following results. From this breakdown you can see that the total earnings had been $9.80, which has been distributed accordingly:

1. 35% paid to the player in TeamPH Tokens

1. 32.50% Paid out as Dividends for the top 10 (SPS mode of payment) - Please be advised that @tokenpimp has yet to be paid out as we are awaiting the confirmation of IGN.

1. 32.50% used to Power up Hive Power

Please be advised that Soul Bound Rewards Cards, once they have a value, will also be included in the % split after any expenses generated have been paid, for example DEC. Chaos Packs will be based on Current Prices. Brawl rewards are included in the Split. Any Earnings from Tournaments will be split between the @damienwolf and @mangomayhem.

We will be monitoring this season and track the potential gains from this initiative. If it is mutually beneficial for all, we may increase the number of accounts linked to Curation and playing at Higher Leagues. Once I am able to do so, the payout spreadsheet will be openly available for your perusal and will be featured on every payout after EOS.
