Lots of changes coming to @splinterlands. Let's hope the game meta doesn't change too much as it affects the game play and makes it difficult to find a rhythm when strat has to change every few months. Excellent post. Upvoted!

I think gameplay wise, the meta hasn't really changed much. It's the game mechanics/tokenomics which have seen big movements.
I believe that to prevent the game from going too stale, a new set which changes things and refreshes the entire lineup ala how Magic The Gathering does it is probably required. 😁
