Skipped the Quest, Reward was Skipped?

The original quest was EARTH QUEST but I'm not in the mood for a losing streak that will send me back to novice league with less than 12 hours before the season ends. I requested for another one and was I glad that it turned out to be the Death Quest. Took me less than 10 battles to complete.

Seriously? Have they nerfed the quest rewards? Why do I keep on getting disappointing rewards for more than a week now?

The chests I've gotten have always been like this too. I usually had a potion but even with the extra rewards, it was mostly potions or small amounts of DEC.
It's unfortunate I didn't get more quest positions with credits before they took that ability away.
Maybe we need to sacrifice a small goblin to get better rewards? ;)
I know it's improper but it's good to know that I'm not alone. Hope we could get great season end rewards.
