I have wanted to give an walkthrough of my experiences with Land and it keeps on getting delayed. Now there are many similar articles and even videos created by @splinterlands players and I don't feel like I have anything too unique to offer by repeating the same template (that I wanted to do in the first place). Because of my desire to create a walkthrough, I have taken many screenshots of my financial activities in their order of events. The smart readers on the blockchain should be able to figure out what happened if I present a montage of everything I have done so far.

What is The Summary

I have 52 Plots Claimed and 5 more Deeds waiting to be claimed. I counted 13 Unsurveyed Plots. I may have missed a few. Both the UI and my experience with it needs to be improved. This is to be expected when dealing with a new product that is going to revolutionize many things in the blockchain gaming space.

Rewards have been very good after the switch to Soulbound Cards. Since they are not permanently Soulbound, I would like this to be the way Rewards are distributed going forward.

I expect these earnings to be far lower once the next phase of Land is released. Why list for Rent when I can use them to work on Land. Some low value Cards don't have enough demand to be even Rented. They might get stuck until the demand for @splinterlands increase (possibly in 2024).

I expect great things out of the GLX Airdrop to those who are staking SPS. I have been staking my GLX and the market price has been outperforming almost all the prominent cryptocurrencies lately. This could be mere speculation. The real demand will come along with gameplay in Genesis League Sports.

There was a time @splinterlands assets were the best performing part of my portfolio. Even during the harsh bear market conditions, many of the Cards have managed to perform better than many cryptocurrencies I have invested in. These assets have a real utility for gamers and that is going to make a very big difference. @splinterlands is one of the few games where everyday people can earn by playing video games without having to be one of the top players in the world.
