A battle with the Fab Four rule [Esp/Eng]

Bienvenidos a una nueva publicación que trata sobre el juego de Splinterlands.
Hoy voy a comentarles un poco sobre la regla de batalla llamada Fab Four. Es probable que aún no la conozcas o que ya tuvieses una batalla con ella y quizás no te diste de cuenta del efecto que causa (seguramente sí).
También acompañaré la publicación con una de mis batallas donde la regla Fab Four realiza su efecto y la magia se ve algo involucrada.

Welcome to a new post about the Splinterlands game. Today I'm going to tell you a little bit about the battle rule called Fab Four. You probably don't know it yet or you already had a battle with it and maybe you didn't notice the effect it has (you probably did). I will also accompany the post with one of my battles where the Fab Four rule takes effect and magic is somewhat involved.

Recientemente se introducieron a Splinterlands algunas reglas de batallas nuevas y entre ellas se encuentra Fab Four.
Una manera rapida de reconocer cual es la regla de batalla que te toco es viendo sus imágenes con las cuales suelen identificarse y la que te muestro es la que corresponde a Fab Four.

La regla Fab Four afecta en la cantidad de cartas que puedes seleccionar para la batalla porque permite seleccionar solo cuatro cartas adicionales a la del invocador. Cuando en una batalla te sale ea regla vas a notar como las casillas que raye de color rojo van a desaparecer y solo quedarán las que puedes rellenar.

The Fab Four rule affects the amount of cards you can select for the battle because it allows you to select only four additional cards in addition to the summoner. When you get this rule in a battle, you will notice how the boxes with red stripes will disappear and only the ones you can fill in will remain.

Esa regla me gusta porque agrega más dificultad a la batalla y hace que se pueda volver muy poco predecible porque no afecta directamente a los monstruos que puedas seleccionar ni al comportamiento de ellos. Es una regla que solo afecta la manera en como puedas armar el mazo porque solo vas a poder seleccionar cuatro cartas y seguramente lograras desperdiciar mucho mana o necesites un poco más para seleccionar cartas muy fuertes y tratar de ganar.

I like that rule because it adds more difficulty to the battle and makes it very unpredictable because it doesn't directly affect the monsters you can select or their behavior. It is a rule that only affects the way you can build the deck because you will only be able to select four cards and you will probably waste a lot of mana or need a little more to select very strong cards and try to win.

Considero que tuve algo de suerte con la batalla que les voy a mostrar porque a pesar de haber salido la regla de batalla Fab Four, también fue asignado una cantidad de mana muy buena que me permitió seleccionar las cartas que te muestro.
Podría decirse que mi mazo ya es muy conocido porque podrías fijarte que en la mayoría de las publicaciones donde comparto alguna batalla, casi siempre hay dos o tres cartas que ocupo siempre.
Para esta oportunidad me he armado con la carta Captain Fellblade que cuenta con una habilidad que le permite atacar a los monstruos que se encuentren en última posición y puede hacer dos tipos de daños en un solo ataque.
La otra carta estrella es Runemancer Kye que la deje de última posición porque tiene la habilidad de volar que le permite tener probabilidades de esquivar ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y también cuenta con una habilidad que le permite ganar un punto de vida cuando golpea a algún objetivo. Por otra parte, debo decir que las demás cartas seleccionadas son como complementos que utilice para así ocupar un mazo con mucho daño.

I consider that I had some luck with the battle that I am going to show you because despite the Fab Four battle rule was released, I was also allocated a very good amount of mana that allowed me to select the cards that I show you. You could say that my deck is already well known because you could notice that in most of the publications where I share a battle, there are almost always two or three cards that I always use. For this opportunity I have armed myself with the card Captain Fellblade that has an ability that allows him to attack monsters that are in last position and can do two types of damage in a single attack. The other star card is Runemancer Kye that I left from last position because it has the ability to fly that allows you to have chances to dodge melee attacks and also has an ability that allows you to gain a life point when it hits a target. On the other hand, I must say that the other cards selected are like complements that I use to occupy a deck with a lot of damage.

Pueden visualizar que la regla afecta a ambos competidores y a pesar de que no puedas predecir que va a seleccionar tu contrincante porque no hay un efecto negativo o positivo que afecte a los monstruos, siempre vas a poder ver las cartas que ha venido usando tu contrincante en las últimas batallas y así quizás tener un poco de ventaja.
Es así como podría decir que mi contrincante se decidió a armar el mazo de magia colocando en frente una carta que cuenta con la habilidad vacío para así disminuir los posibles ataques mágicos que podría realizar.

You can see that the rule affects both competitors and although you can not predict what your opponent will select because there is no negative or positive effect that affects the monsters, you can always see the cards that your opponent has been using in the last battles and thus perhaps have a little advantage. This is how I could say that my opponent decided to set up the magic deck by placing in front of it a card that has the void ability in order to reduce the possible magic attacks that he could perform.

No pude atacar directamente al monstruo de última posición porque mi contrincante tenía una carta con una habilidad que atrae el ataque de todos los monstruos, aun así pude derribarlo muy rápido porque las cartas que seleccione tenían mucho daño mágico y aunque en principio derribar el tanque era difícil porque estaba recibiendo sanación de parte de una de las cartas aleadas que más tarde logre eliminar también y así es como logre ganar la batalla.
Entonces, es prácticamente de esa forma como la regla de batalla Fab Four podría afectarte y aunque me gustaría recomendar una estrategia creo que no podría porque a veces una batalla se gana no solo por la cantidad de daño que puedas hacer porque también se ve implicado la velocidad de ataque, los turnos y la presencia de algunas habilidades que podrían arruinar tu jugada. Así que podría decir que realmente fue algo de suerte que pudiera ganarle a mi contrincante porque sus cartas solo se centraban en hacer daño a mi tanque.

I couldn't directly attack the last position monster because my opponent had a card with an ability that attracts the attack of all monsters, even so I was able to take it down very quickly because the cards I selected had a lot of magic damage and although at first taking down the tank was difficult because it was receiving healing from one of the alloyed cards I later managed to eliminate it as well and that's how I managed to win the battle. So that's pretty much how the Fab Four battle rule could affect you and although I would like to recommend a strategy I don't think I could because sometimes a battle is won not only by the amount of damage you can do because it also involves attack speed, turns and the presence of some abilities that could ruin your play. So I could say that it was really a lucky thing that I was able to beat my opponent because his cards were only focused on doing damage to my tank.
