Me gusta esta estrategia con el Splinter de Vida para batallas con Going the Distance y poco maná [Es/En]

¡Saludos comunidad! En el reto de esta semana quiero compartir con ustedes un análisis de mi experiencia utilizando una estrategia con el Splinter de Vida. La cual considero una excelente opción para aquellas partidas con un límite de maná bajo y con la regla “Going the Distance”. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les mostraré cómo afronté una batalla de Brawl de la liga de Plata en el formato Salvaje, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Vida, el archon General Sloan y a las unidades Venari Marksrat, Hero of Beyond, Venari Crystalsmith y Ajax Lightfoot para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 21 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir archons con un costo de maná de entre 4 y 7 puntos. Sin embargo, es muy importante tener una estrategia bien definida para aprovechar sabiamente el maná restante.

Healed Out, es una regla que elimina la capacidad de curación en todas las unidades. Por otra parte, Unprotected, elimina los puntos de armadura en todas las unidades. Mientras que, Going the Distance, sólo permite utilizar unidades que posean ataque ranged.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Vida, ya que cuenta con unidades que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen ataque ranged. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Martyr”, “Close Range”, “Bloodlust”, entre otras, y con un anchor que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque ranged del equipo.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso del tipo de ataque ranged. Es por ello que decidí utilizar al archon General Sloan, ya que incrementa en 1 punto el ataque ranged del equipo.

Venari Marksrat ocupó temporalmente la primera posición con la finalidad de incrementar las estadísticas de las unidades adyacentes mediante la habilidad “Martyr”.

Hero of Beyond es el verdadero tanque, el cual se fortalece un poco más gracias al apoyo de Marksrat, y destaca porque puede atacar desde la primera posición a través de la habilidad “Close Range”.

Venari Crystalsmith contribuye con su ataque ranged desde la segunda línea.

Por otra parte, Ajax Lightfoot también contribuye con su ataque ranged pero con la diferencia que tiene el potencial de incrementar considerablemente sus estadísticas mediante la habilidad “Bloodlust”.

Entonces, como pueden observar, esta estrategia se basa en tomar ventaja de las habilidades “Martyr”, “Close Range” y “Bloodlust” para aprovechar mucho mejor la ofensiva basada en daño ranged.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al archon General Sloan y a las unidades Venari Marksrat, Hero of Beyond, Venari Crystalsmith y Ajax Lightfoot, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 6 de la ronda 2, el equipo enemigo fue abatido. Venari Marksrat cumplió su objetivo, permitiéndole a Hero of Beyond fortalecerse para resistir lo suficiente en la primera posición. Del mismo modo, la contribución de Venari Crystalsmith y Ajax Lightfoot fue clave para derrotar al enemigo.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con resistencia a los ataques ranged e incluya habilidades como: “Shield”, “Protect”, “Repair”, “Headwinds”, “Amplify”, “Return Fire”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con la resistencia suficiente para soportar el daño de mi ofensiva.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

These aspects are a key factor with a considerable impact on the performance of our strategies.

Let's talk about the set of rules present in battle. This is the starting point for the analysis that will lead us to the most appropriate choice for facing battle.

The mana limit is 21 points, which allows us to choose archons with a mana cost between 4 and 7 points. However, it is very important to have a well-defined strategy to make wise use of the remaining mana.

Let's talk about the team and the strategy it forms. Given the circumstances, it was obvious that a ranged attack would be used. That's why I decided to use Archon General Sloan, as he increases the team's ranged attack by 1 point.

Venari Marksrat temporarily took the first position in order to increase the stats of adjacent units using the “Martyr” skill.

Hero of Beyond is the real tank, which is strengthened a little more thanks to Marksrat's support, and stands out because he can attack from the front position using the “Close Range” skill.

Venari Crystalsmith contributes with his ranged attack from the second line.

On the other hand, Ajax Lightfoot also contributes with his ranged attack, but with the difference that he has the potential to significantly increase his stats through the “Bloodlust” skill.

So, as you can see, this strategy is based on taking advantage of the “Martyr,” “Close Range,” and “Bloodlust” skills to make much better use of the ranged damage-based offense.

As I mentioned earlier, choosing Archon General Sloan and the units Venari Marksrat, Hero of Beyond, Venari Crystalsmith, and Ajax Lightfoot was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to withstand enough damage.

Notice how by turn 6 of round 2, the enemy team was defeated. Venari Marksrat fulfilled his objective, allowing Hero of Beyond to strengthen himself to withstand enough damage in the front line. Similarly, the contribution of Venari Crystalsmith and Ajax Lightfoot was key to defeating the enemy.

The proposed strategy made efficient use of the available mana, covering aspects such as resistance to enemy damage, team support, a strong offense, and consistency with the current set of rules.

One weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has resistance to ranged attacks and includes abilities such as: “Shield,” “Protect,” “Repair,” “Headwinds,” “Amplify,” “Return Fire,” among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have enough resistance to withstand the damage from my offense.

For our strategies to work properly, it is important to consider all aspects involved, so we should not only focus on the statistics and skills to combine. We must also take into account the influence of the rule sets on the strategy.
