Splintertalk NFT Opportunity

We've been releasing official Splinterlands NFTs on Splintertalk and now we want to give the opportunity for our Art Contest Winners to tokenize their art and market it to our audience! This will empower artists to mint their own fan art as a Splinterlands approved NFT on Splintertalk while getting credit, growing their own brand, and sharing in the profits!

We'll be keeping an eye out for high-quality pieces in the weekly art contest and will be working to empower the artists in our community to expand their reach, grow their brand, and stack up some SPT for making consistently awesome art!

Selected artists will have the opportunity to mint their NFT art on our new account, Splinterchampions, which is the new official Splinterlands account for our Art contest winner's NFTs and then we'll use our reach and social marketing teams to spotlight these users and help them grow!

*Please describe and show some steps of your process

The Deadline for submissions is Saturday, February 26th at 5:00 PM CST

All entries must be art CREATED AND INSPIRED BY SPLINTERLANDS.
Please do not submit artwork that was created for something else.
All entries must clearly be Splinterlands inspired.
Using your old artwork and rebranding it will no longer be accepted.

Good catch. I am going to have to skip this awesome art because of not sourcing the original inspiration. Thanks for your diligence in wanting what's best and fair! Hopefully, @kalyanov will cite and source materials that are mashups or inspired by unoriginal art to begin with from now on.

Perhaps this entry gets a bit into conceptual art inspired by Splinterlands, but I thought I'd see if it flies for this contest. This is the first of a series of items that intend to document artifacts of everyday life in the Splinterlands. So the context of the post is part of the art itself - the framing of the artifact and its relevance to everyday life in the Burning Lands. The intent is to make this a series and invite collaboration to create an Unofficial Splinterlands Museum of Everyday Love and Life (#USMELL). I think this is a very unique and creative initiative. Technically, it does fall under the proper requisites for the contest... so i am going to upvote it for curation... but since you didn't show any steps to creating your art it's not a valid entry to win the contest. Show some steps to the art process next time and may the odds be ever in your favor! Super cool idea and an awesome post!
