TeamPH Journey Continues. Progress on Initiatives previously discussed

This will be the new forum for posts regarding TeamPH updates, initiatives, Start Up Guides, Competitions and future Events that we may have planned moving forward. We would like to get into the habit of ensuring transparency within our Community, and feel strongly that writing articles would be the best way to enlighten the masses.

@leveluplifeph has a current initiative to Support our Curation Account. We are pushing our HP and request the support of the Community. For the first 5000 HP delegated to the Curation Account, Leveluplife will be matching It. We cannot promise you any payouts as of yet for the delegation as we are in the infancy stage and are still learning best practices, but please be advised that we are planning to initiate a reward scheme for those that help us.

I would like to recognize @kraaaaa, @dadspardan , @thepeoplesguild and @mchurchm for delegating power to our Curation Account, we will ensure that this is not misused.

I would like to inform the Community that the Team-Philippines Curation Account will not be used to upvote any of my own personal content coming from @mangomayhem, instead it will be focusing on those that are regularly pushing out quality content. We do not support AI generated posts and we would like to inform you that should you be seen doing this, actions will be taken to have you removed from our Community and reported to those who I am sure will take more severe action. We have been seen as a beacon of light on Peakd, and we firmly believe that we should uphold this through a moral and ethical stand point.

@mochilub and @kraaaaa has recently joined our ranks and have been extremely active, they have shared useful information and are passionate about making an FAQ for new members. I look forward to presenting to you all our progress in the near future.

@splinterlands Updates

The Team-Philippines Curation account will also be actively earning from Splinterlands. TeamPH has created a Diamond League Chaos Legion Deck and @damienwolf has been chosen to scholar this. He has been one of the most active and helpful members of the Community, and as he streams on Splinterlands TV and Facebook, it will significantly reduce his rental costs as well as giving him a competitive edge, which we feel that he can represent us well. The board has decided that we will be rewarding our Scholar with 35% of the assets generated on a seasonal basis (SPS, Chaos Legion Packs and Soul Bound Cards when they have value). The remaining 65% will be split between powering up our Curation Account (32.5%) and paying out dividends to our Top 10 Staked TeamPH holders (32.5%).

This will be paid out in the following manner:

After each Splinterlands EOS (End of Season) a screenshot will be taken in regards to SPS earnt through Battles, Brawls and Chaos Packs achieved and potentially leaderboard rewards. As this SPS will be staked, @mangomayhem will match these figures in Liquid SPS/HIVE sending 32.5% to @leveluplifeph as he will be manually sending our dividends to our Top 10 Rich list, and the other 32.5% will be sent to Key Chain and added as Hive Power.

@mangomayhem is planning to stake 10,000 SPS on the account to earn dividends in liquid (to be used as partial payment for EOS split) and also allow our scholar to enter into Tournaments. The SPS earnt from Tournaments will be split between @damienwolf and @mangomayhem (50/50).

In order to keep these transactions transparent, this information will be available on the financial report, which will be shared in our Discord every season. On completion of the deck, Damien Wolf will be given the active key to the account, allowing him access to the rental market, should he wish to do so.

Buy and Sell

We have now created a Buy and Sell Platform in our Discord; we encourage transactions to be done in TeamPH Tokens and always using a middleman. @leveluplifeph is currently purchasing cards, giving 110% if you take the payment in staked TeamPH Tokens.

Merchandise soon to be available

@mernmin and @xacex will be spear heading this project starting with Baseball Caps, T-shirts, Coffee Mugs and Mouse pads, which will soon be available for purchase. Our intent is to create another revenue center that will be used to help the organization grow as well as provide another revenue source to reward our community with. Merchandise will only be available for the Local Filipino Community at this time. Mernmin will supply those in the Visayas and xacex will be supplying those in Manila and Luzon areas. At the moment we are canvassing and we will update you once available.
