Hello, people! I hope you are well.

Once again I bring you a fan art of Splinterlands, this was supposed to be my participation last week, but I decided to leave it for this week due to the complications I had to make it and the little time I had the week before. It has been a very stressful process and I almost eliminated it in its totality, you will see below that it had big changes in the course of the process since there were many things that along this one I didn't like anymore, simply they didn't work or I couldn't make them look good.

Nuevamente les traigo un fan art de Splinterlands, esta se suponía que iba a ser mi participación de la semana pasada, pero decidí dejarlo para esta semana debido a las complicaciones que tuve para realizarlo y el poco tiempo que tuve la semana anterior. Ha sido un proceso muy estresante y casi lo elimino en su totalidad, verán a continuación que tuvo grandes cambios en el transcurso del proceso ya que hubo muchas cosas que a lo largo de este ya no me gustaban, simplemente no funcionaban o no lograba que quedaran bien.

For this occasion I have been inspired by a "Dragon" unit called "Helios Matriarch", its design caught my attention and I could tell from the beginning that it would be a challenge, I wanted to make it half body with an interesting pose and this has been one of the few times that I risk to do everything freehand. First I started with the sketch which I tried to clean it up as best as possible.

Para esta ocasión me he inspirado en una unidad "Dragón" llamada "Helios Matriarch", su diseño me llamó la atención y desde el principio pude darme cuenta de que sería un reto, quería hacerla de medio cuerpo con una pose interesante y esta ha sido una de las pocas veces que me arriesgo a hacerlo todo a mano alzada. Primero empecé con el boceto que intenté limpiar lo mejor posible.

Then I moved on to the skin and face, here some complications started, this time I made the face a little bit more similar to the anime style, and when I painted her eyes and face I didn't like it, haha you can't imagine how I got when I saw this and I really blocked myself so much at that moment that I preferred to cover her eyes instead of fixing them, although to tell the truth it was a vague idea that I also had from the beginning.

Luego pasé a la piel y la cara, aquí empezaron algunas complicaciones, esta vez hice la cara un poco más parecida al estilo anime, y cuando le pinté los ojos y la cara no me gustó, jaja no se imaginan cómo me puse cuando vi esto y realmente me bloqueé tanto en ese momento que preferí taparle los ojos en vez de arreglárselos, aunque a decir verdad era una vaga idea que también tenía desde el principio.

Once the skin was ready and modifying some things, I made her clothes. Here I finished modifying the shoulder pads and the crown. This last one gave me a lot of complications, in the end I decided to make the crown something similar to the original art, but I still took into account to cover half of the face.

Una vez lista la piel y modificando algunas cosas, le hice la ropa. Aquí terminé de modificar las hombreras y la corona. Esto último me dio muchas complicaciones, al final decidí hacer la corona algo similar al arte original, pero aun así tuve en cuenta cubrir la mitad de la cara.

After that I started to make the weapon and the fire, for me making powers, magic, fire, water and that kind of things are still very complicated, so making this one gave me a headache xD. Besides that the colors in the original art are quite unusual to a traditional fire, I was working on this little by little and I also looked for a way to make the movement noticeable.

For final details I reinforced some shadows and illuminated several areas. I hope you like it. See you next time.

Después de eso me puse a hacer el arma y el fuego, para mi hacer poderes, magia, fuego, agua y ese tipo de cosas siguen siendo muy complicadas, así que hacer este me dio dolor de cabeza xD. Además de que los colores en el arte original son bastante inusuales para un fuego tradicional, fui trabajando en esto poco a poco y también busqué la manera de que se notara el movimiento.

Para los detalles finales reforcé algunas sombras e iluminé varias zonas. Espero que les guste. Hasta la próxima.
