Splinterlands - Legendary Art of Blood
Good day, friends! Lent has begun this week, and it coincides with the graduation season of students here in our area. Vacation time! Time to get a bit of rest, as they say. It would be nice to go out and travel, but fuel is so expensive now, so it’s better to just stay quietly at home for the meantime. Gulf war is still going on and hopefully the tension subside because the effect is already bad that most of the prices on the market and utilities are high.
For this blog, I would like too share my thoughts regarding modern card summoners or archons in splinterlands. Specially those that got the bloodline dominion abilities which came from the Conclave Arcana card series.
Loving The Moo is a legendary water archon that got a Bloodline Dominion ability which can summon the cards that got Elemental and Canisan Bloodline and grant those cards with Poison ability.
Bloodline Dominion
As I am making example with Loving the Moo archon, you can see that the said archon is boosting its summoned bloodline monsters with Poison ability added to them. With the Bloodline Dominion Ability from Loving the Moo, it can even summon to other splinters aside from its water element as long it is not restricted by the ruleset.
So, these conclave arcana legendary summoners will add another ability with their bloodline summoned monsters that can give edge to your battle. Loving the Moo's additional ability will be Poison that has a 50% chance to be triggered.
Battle Sample
In my battle example, I am using Loving the Moo as my archon with No Pain, No Gain in the ruleset. It is also played with 47 Mana Capacity and can be considered in High Mana battles and that is the reason i decided to play it with my chosen archon. Before I continue with my battle sample, Let me show you how Dominion Bloodline works to those who are confuse yet.
As you can see in the image above, I am choosing Loving the Moo on one of my battles and the available monster units are available for choosing. I highlighted Coral Forged that came from the Elemental Bloodline which got a Flank ability. Take note that this monster unit also came from the water splinters but it is also boosted with Poison ability that was granted by Loving the Moo. Another ability is a good thing for your team.
So continuing with the battle sample, I am choosing the water splinters for this round and placed Coral Forge on the front with Mantaroth next on the line. Tidal Tsunamist is placed next to add to my offense and Stampeding Calf. Zargrul also added to my team because it has taunt ability. I chose using taunt because it can lessen the attack pressure to my team and the additional boost of my Archon, Magic Reflect and Blast. I am assigning this abilities to Mataroth and Zargrul because i can choose 2 monster units for these specified abilities.
Round 1, I am battling an opponent that also chose the water splinters. Since it used water summoner that boost magic attacks, It will have a hard time because I got Magic reflect added to two of my monster units. Perfect counter to the magic attacker as i beleived it. So this round was already on my favor for i already took out monster cards from my opponent team and give the other heavy damage. Blast is another good type of offense.
Round 2 of this battle already shows that my opponent will be defeated. Zargrul almost kill the opponents Magic damage dealers with its tanky life and the Magic Reflect ability. It really is a bad thing that you attack with magic damage then being countered. Its really is an Ouchy one.
- So as you proceed or played with splinterlands, the game features also being adjusted from time time. You will always adjust and think of strategy that can help you improve or enhance your game assets or your gameplay. Lets have some fun playing buddy!
