Hello fellow Hivians!
For those of you in the US I hope you all had a great MLK day/weekend this past weekend. I managed to take a trip out to San Diego and experience their world class zoo. If you are at all an animal lover I can't recommend San Diego and the zoo/conservation safari there enough. It was absolutely wonderful and one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. I was lucky enough to see their polar bears and some of the snow leopards that they are currently working to repopulate.

A monkey bit me, when i was a teen.
This happen when i came back from school. Got down from the bus, saw a monkey with his owner. Tried to pat and got bit. But the worse was i had to go back to school the next day, so i ended making a story that i feel down, hit a rock :-)

The best esperience was in a zoo where you could go inside monkey zone, and you had them going upper you and touching you
That sounds really fun but also a bit scary. Monkeys can be quite mean. I had a friend growing up that had one as a pet (now that I think of it, was probably illegal) that bit a piece of his cheek off.

I met three turtles sunbathing themselves on a tree which was lying broken in the lake where I was also sunbathing summer 2020. I thought somehow maybe they are the reallife ninja turtles on vacation. Was a cool unique experience for me. I like turtles.
