Brawl Report #78, Splinterlands, A Needed Winning Record, plus, Social Pizza?

So, let’s start by looking at SPS which is currently trending at $0.030, it crept up a little bit, upward trends are nice! I have been visiting Splinterlore to learn more about the lore of Splinterlands, here is a shiny new gladiator card I received:

The Lore behind the Orella by Splinterlands:
From the Smoldering Forest settlement in the Burning Lands known as Balfair, Orella Abadon is the oldest Gladiator who has chosen to join the professional camp. She is Efreet, but the only non-human trait she possesses is her long, pointed ears. The striped sickle tattoos that adorn her face and arms each represent a battle won in her lifetime. Each stripe represents a single kill within that battle. Orella is incredibly handy with spears of all sizes, having learned many tricks from all sorts of people in her long and storied travels. There is much the younger Gladiators could learn from this gray-haired warrior, but instead the others tend to view her as an outsider, too old to put on a good show in the arena. Orella will prove them wrong, and she knows that she has many remaining years of strength in which to do so.

On to the battle, the guild as a whole filled 12 out of 16 frays for this one, went down on participation this time. I’m in Silver Chaos Legion only format fight with 5 fights that have my name.

Battle #1 (Link)
The first fight is in the enemy arena with 41 mana, small fry, true strike, and no melee. Obsidian is banned, so looks like I am using Kelya, not super confident on this one. They went dragon, knocking down my ranged damage. My confidence was right, did not go well for me.

Battle #2 (Link)
Staying in the enemy arena, with 37 mana, sniping, knockout, along with earthquake. Going dragon earth on this one, hoping that Quora can help me out. They went neutral, giving a boost to all stats, does not look good for me. However, Quora really came through for me on this one!

Battle #3 (Link)
Finally, a fight in the home arena with slow, amplify, and no melee, oh and 99 mana! Going with death on this one to knock them down a few items. They went earth on this one, don’t know how well this will go for me. My strategy work on this one as well, a nice win for me.

Battle #4 (Link)
On the downward trend but still in the enemy arena, the last enemy arena for this one, 15 mana, no legendary, and true strike. I am going for quora on this one again, get some other magic boost. They went earth as well, but not the same lineup as myself. A good win on this one for me.

Battle #5 (Link)
Well at least I know that I am in the positives on this one, which is a great feeling coming back home looking at 52 mana, poison, return fire, and no sneak or snipe. Going with fire on this one, hoping to knock them down quickly. They went fire as well on this one, little differing lineup as well. This was a close one, but a nice win!

20 hours to go on this one, and I am sitting at 4 and 1, I will take that any day of the week! The guild is in 4th place, don’t know the outlook as well for us, mostly due to the fact that we don’t have the numbers to climb again.

I will always take the 4 and 1, the guild ended in 4th place, not too bad, just needed 3 more wins for 3rd, next time we will get it.
