Splintertalk NFT Opportunity

We've been releasing official Splinterlands NFTs on Splintertalk and now we want to give the opportunity for our Art Contest Winners to tokenize their art and market it to our audience! This will empower artists to mint their own fan art as a Splinterlands approved NFT on Splintertalk while getting credit, growing their own brand, and sharing in the profits!

We'll be keeping an eye out for high-quality pieces in the weekly art contest and will be working to empower the artists in our community to expand their reach, grow their brand, and stack up some SPT for making consistently awesome art!

Selected artists will have the opportunity to mint their NFT art on our new account, Splinterchampions, which is the new official Splinterlands account for our Art contest winner's NFTs and then we'll use our reach and social marketing teams to spotlight these users and help them grow!

You can create art based on the cards or you can create something entirely new!

Today I decided to create my own Splinterlands character just
to do something different this time.

I'm not good at writing lores, since I've never done a deep dive.

About the art contest, I know its unfair that I posted
many drawing, so to make it fair
for everyone, I'm only making one of my pictures valid
for the constest, the rest are just for fun.

I first decided to make my drawing of the Pink Poodle with his
staff (the first picture) only valid, but then again,
I really liked the ox vs poodle drink scene (don't want to
spoil it here) take a look at it and decide.

About the post, I don't mention anything about Splinterlands and
I didn't write "Week 179" in the title because
I decided to post in the Inkwell community, since it would be
more appropiate.

@kittycrafter I think your post was cool and i could tell you spent a lot of time on the story, characters, and art... but after discussing it with one of the higher-ups we didn't think it was related enough to Splinterlands.

There isn't anything wrong with posting in the Inkwell or any other community (which i think that was a good community fit for your story) and it's not required to have the contest in your title or anything. We just felt like it wasn't enough about or connected to Splinterlands.

For this contest, we do only allow one valid entry per week. I know you spent a lot of time on your entry but you still have until Saturday if you want to whip something up. Or you can try again next week. I would encourage you to continue on. I really like your art and writing style. I hope this helps explain things a bit. Try to make it more Splinterlands centric... but i do think creating your own characters is an excellently creative approach as well.

Here is the second installment of the Unofficial Splinterlands Museum of Everyday Love and Life (#USMELL). This edition highlights an invitation to a Graduation party for a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Magi Tower for Psychic Arts. The blog post and platform as a whole is also part of the art project. This post includes background on the specific Goblin Graduate and their family, the location of the celebration, and some general tidbits about Anumün. Consider submitting your own everyday artifacts of life in the Splinterlands for the Museum. This time I included something about the making of the visual art aspect of this art project - to be considered for the contest. Thanks for your work.

At the time you posted this you had already received two votes from the Splinterlands main account. We are only allowed to upvote 2 times per user per week in total and that includes all the other contests as well. This was a fantastic post though and i'm really enjoying your creativity. Looking forward to seeing what you do on your next entry. If you have been upvoted within seven days plan out your entry here to make room for the 2 votes per seven days. Yes, this is separate... but for curators we are only allowed to allocate two votes per 7 days based on when posts are posted. I have really enjoyed your posts and you didn't win the last contest for no reason! hahaha However, winners can't win two weeks in a row... so that's another thing to consider. Thanks for understanding and responding. =)
