Epic Magi Necrosi - Giveaway #8 [ENG/ESP]

Four hundred years before the first rift opened, the first whispers of chaos brought dark beasts under a blood moon to the Tower of Azdurj. Creatures of nightmare began hunting by night, lurking the valleys and crawling on the wind.

In desperation, the acolytes of Azdurj sought forbidden tomes, long sealed beneath their tower. By the candlelight of hidden recesses within their tower's crypt, the first Necrosi were born. Forged to battle the spawn of Chaos, these bounty hunters are eager to take up the fight.

About the card

When the Chaos Legion recently arrived, one of the cards that caught my attention was this Epic Monster from the Death Splinter; with just a glance to it’s stats I could see that it was a very promising card, at least considering the way I like to play.

The Magi Necrosi is a card that proves to be useful from level 1, unlike others, where you have to level them up, to reap the benefits. With a strong Magic attack, combined with the Snipe effect, this card is quite useful to decimate our opponent back line, and the best part is that while this Monster is in the back line he cannot be attacked, since it has the Camouflage effect. He can suffer damage from Blast or Scattershot, though.

At level 4 it gets the Opress ability, which inflicts double damage to non-attacking Monsters, like the annoying Gelatinous Cube, which can be a problem. At max level it gets the Stun ability, an ability which I think is not exploited by many players, and it’s a shame, cause it’s very useful with the Heavy Hitters rule.

The Magi Necrosi is certainly a very valuable Monster to have on your side; the only downside that I see is that it costs 6 Mana points to summon, and using it in low Mana battles could compromise the victory. Also, a problem that I noticed sometimes, is that the Camouflage effect, forces enemy Monsters to center their attention in your Tank, and sometimes you rather see your Ranged attackers fall first instead of your Tank. Anyways, manias of mine. Leave your thoughts, regarding this card.

This is a great example on how the Magi Necrosi can destroy an entire backline by himself if given enough time. He is as Mana expensive as my Tank, but it’s totaly worth it.

¡Bienvenidos al Sorteo #8! Lamento haberme tomado mi tiempo con este... Estaba esperando que comenzara el próximo Social Media Challenge. En fin, esta vez tenemos un Magi Necrosi, pero primero, veamos los resultados del último sorteo.

Cuatrocientos años antes de que se abriera la primera grieta, los primeros susurros del caos trajeron bestias oscuras bajo una luna de sangre a la Torre de Azdurj. Criaturas de pesadilla comenzaron a cazar de noche, acechando en los valles y arrastrándose en el viento.

Desesperados, los acólitos de Azdurj buscaron tomos prohibidos, sellados durante mucho tiempo bajo su torre. A la luz de las velas de los recovecos ocultos dentro de la cripta de su torre, nacieron los primeros Necrosi. Forjados para luchar contra los engendros del Caos, estos cazarrecompensas están ansiosos por emprender la lucha.

Sobre la carta

Cuando llegó hace poco la Chaos Legion, una de las cartas que me llamó la atención fue este Monstruo Épico del Death Splinter; con solo un vistazo a sus estadísticas pude ver que era una carta muy prometedora, al menos considerando la forma en que me gusta jugar.

El Magi Necrosi es una carta que demuestra ser útil desde el nivel 1, a diferencia de otras, donde tienes que subir de nivel para obtener los beneficios. Con un fuerte ataque de Magia, combinado con el efecto Snipe, esta carta es bastante útil para diezmar la línea trasera de nuestro oponente, y lo mejor es que mientras este Monstruo esté en la línea trasera no puede ser atacado, ya que tiene el efecto Camuflaje. Sin embargo, puede sufrir daños por Blast o Scattershot.

En el nivel 4 obtiene la habilidad Opress, que inflige el doble de daño a los Monstruos que no atacan, como el molesto Cubo Gelatinoso, que puede ser un problema. En el nivel máximo obtiene la habilidad Stun, una habilidad que creo que muchos jugadores no explotan, y es una pena, porque es muy útil con la regla Heavy Hitters.

El Magi Necrosi es sin duda un Monstruo muy valioso para tener de tu lado; el único inconveniente que veo es que cuesta 6 puntos de Maná invocarlo, y usarlo en batallas con poco Maná podría comprometer la victoria. Además, un problema que noté a veces es que el efecto de camuflaje obliga a los monstruos enemigos a centrar su atención en tu Tanque y, a veces, prefieres ver a tus atacantes a distancia caer primero en lugar de tu Tanque. En fin, manías mías. Deja tu opinión con respecto a esta carta.

Este es un gran ejemplo de cómo Magi Necrosi puede destruir una línea de fondo completa por sí mismo si se le da suficiente tiempo. Es tan caro en maná como mi tanque, pero vale la pena.
