Diamond Chests and Gold-Foiled Cards - Splinterlands Focus Giveaway (Win Free Card) - Round #1198

Hello, Splinterpeeps!

Welcome to the 1198th round of Splinterlands giveaway! After a couple of days with Diamond chest rewards this season, the experiment has gathered some interesting information... I was experimenting in previous seasons by playing in the GOLD league for a longer time and I would like to compare these 2 approaches... Of course, all this is valid and relevant only if you are able to progress to the higher league... If not, you don't have to worry about these things...

So, when I play longer in the GOLD Leagues I tend to accumulate more chests, which is usually between 10-15 per day... In so many chests, the probability of getting different rewards is higher, but the number of cards/SPS tokens/MERITs is more limited... That means that in 1 chest, very rarely you can get more than 5 cards and very often it's less than 2-3 SPS tokens...

On the other side, when I play more time in the Diamond League, I get fewer chests per day, around 4-7, which narrows the possibility of getting more different cards... But, when you get them, they tend to be more quality cards (gold-foiled, epic, legendary), and also, you get more cards per chest... As you can see from the rewards that I shared, you can get more than 5-6 cards, up to 12-15 cards per chest... Regarding SPS tokens in the chests, that number is also higher than in the Gold chests, and it's most of the time, over 2-3 SPS tokens, to 5-10, and more...

For example, these were my today's Diamond chests that I have opened... 7 Gold-foiled War Pegasus cards (which is a RARE edition card) helped me to combine that card to level 5 with just 1 chest! Along with that, I got 11 common cards (Swamp Spitter), another rare card (Venari Marksrat), and over 11 SPS tokens in total!

Yesterday, I didn't get many cards, but I did get over 25 SPS tokens which is a nice value for which I could buy plenty of cards!

The idea of the giveaway is that I would like to give every day for free (or every second day, depending on my free time for playing the game and getting rewards) one of my cards! You just have to pick up which one you like most!
