So this week we had a $13,873 increase to the pool from post earnings.
THE POOL
To get the right value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.
The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.
$161.555 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 556.017 Hives.
The pool that is created, therefore amounts to
644.400 + 556.017 - 40 = 1,160.417 Hives

For a couple of weeks we have started distributing VOUCHER tokens, second level tokens of the @splinterlands game thanks to which you can buy many things in the game itself.

Per avere il valore giusto della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.
Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52.
Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 125,06 Hive. 43,784 Hive in più rispetto alla settimana passata.
Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 9,95% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.

Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT.
Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 6,67% annuo. Sette settimane fa aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.
L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 8,24% annuo, mentre sette settimane fa era al 6,95%
Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 10,88%. Sette settimane fa invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.
Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 12,01% all'anno, mentre sette settimane fa il 10,43%.

Per amore alla chiarezza vorrei illustrare con dovizia di particolari il perchè non posso delegare, a dispetto della buona volontà. Per motivi legati principalmente al fisco del mio paese, l'anno prossimo sarò costretta a un corposo power down, onde non ritrovarmi a rischiare un accertamento fiscale. Purtroppo si tratta di un paese che pur nella foga di stare al passo coi tempi, brancola ancora nel buio medioevo. Grosse lacune legislative in ambito tributario mi impediscono di superare i 4999 reais sommando tutti i guadagni parcheggiati in tutte le piattaforme come questa. Se supero la sopra citata cifra, mi vedrei costretta alla seguente assurdità: dovere ogni santo giorno di tutto il santo anno calcolare il valore in moneta locale di ogni singolo token che arriva su hive-engine, quindi il valore di ogni PGM, LUV, PIZZA, BEER, POB, CCC e compagnia danzante. Questo per colpa dell'esigenza della data di ricezione di qualsiasi somma, una volta raggiunti i 5000 reais. Capirete che allora dovrei vivere soltanto per questi calcoli, smettendo di lavorare e pure mangiare e dormire, date le premesse. Questo innanzi tutto perchè le nostre leggi tributarie non si sognano affatto che le criptomonete possono essere guadagnate e men che meno in modalità pay to post platform. Molto probabilmente, i parlamentari che hanno emanato le regolamentazioni tributarie sulle criptomonete non sanno nemmeno da che parte queste ultime stanno girate. Con l'aggravante poi che la nostra dichiarazione dei redditi corrisponde al vostro ISEE, ma caricato di ulteriori voci (siamo obbligati a dichiarare pure il valore dell'ammontare dei nostri NFT, per intenderci, oltre che finanche del saldo al 31 dicembre di eventuali carte prepagate, account quali payeer, skrill e compagnia cantante, di quadri, altre opere d'arte e gioielli (qui in ogni caso se il valore di ciascun esemplare è stato acquistato per una cifra che parte sempre dai 5000 reais, poi il valore di immobili, per chi è proprietario, di veicoli, sempre per chi è proprietario). Insomma, un vero casino. Ho già tre antiche deleghe in corso che per quando dovrò procedere al power down sarò costretta a ridimensionare per non rischiare di non riuscire più a postare per scarsità di RC. Spero soltanto che il governo Lula sia in grado di mantenere la promessa di farla finita con obblighi dichiarativi peggiori del vostro ISEE (e infatti per me era impensabile prescindere dal commercialista perfino quando ancora non avevo aperto la mia microimpresa individuale). Chiunque non esente dalla presentazione ha bisogno del commercialista per non rischiare di fare casino ed essere sorpreso dall'accertamento fiscale, dato che una dichiarazione sbagliata qui è più rischiosa di una omessa (e omettere è cosa di cui non mi posso minimamente sognare, sia a causa dell'attività aperta che per mantenere la regolarità della mia residenza e l'accesso a benefici previdenziali, dato che per i residenti regolari non cittadini la dichiarazione dei redditi sostituisce il certificato elettorale, un documento che qui importantissimo che ai brasiliani serve pure per andare al cesso🤣). Magari il mio fosse solo un problema di tasse: quest'ultimo non è nulla in confronto a quanto sopra esposto. Come sempre, ogni paese ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro e qui così la butta, purtroppo. Il commercialista mi ha purtroppo confermato che è meglio volare basso.
