Hello everyone. Thank you for your time spending to read this post. Today I want to share a battle with Scavo Firebolt. Hope you would like it.

Introduction of Scavo Firebolt

Scavo Firebolt is a range attack monster in Fire desk. It is a decent monster with 2 attack power, 2 speed and 4 health at lv1. However, we all know that melee attack is the main feature of Fire desk. So it is only good to be used at low mana battle. It is better at lv3 because monsters with 3 speed are fast in low mana battle. Especially on Equal Opportunity and Explosive Weaponry battle ruleset.

Scavo Firebolt will became a dread monster when it goes along with the evil, grant summoner, Yodin Zaku, it can add 1 health, 1 attack power and give it Blast ability.

How evil the Yodin Zaku is?

The Battle rule

It was a high Mana battle that can be use 54 manas.
Weak Magic: Magic attacks hit Armor before reducing Health.
Reverse speed: Monsters with the lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.

Only Fire, Water, Death and Dragon desk can be used in this battle. Because of the battle rules, use some monster with high armor, high health and slow speed in the front is important.

Some example of monster with high armor, high health and slow speed that we can be used.

Furthermore, I need to find out what monsters can attack my enemy at the middle of the team that they have high power, select them as high power and slow speed as I can. So Water desk is not my choose, although I had Torhilo The Frozen can be used at front. But most of water desk monster are in high speed and not suitable in this battle ruleset. Final I selected Fire desk and my team is show as below.

My Team

Summoners: Tarsa (Level 2)

Most of slow speed monster in fire desk were melee attacker. Tarsa can improve their attack power +1 and +1 health for whole team. A very good summoner for this battle.

First position: Grum Flameblade (Level 1)

Grum Flameblade is a very strong monster in fire desk. It had 4 attacking power, 5 armor and 10 health at level 1. Plus, the most powerful ability: Bloodlust. This ability can power up all the value of the Grum Flameblade +1 during every time it destroys an opponent monster. Grum Flameblade is the best choose in Reverse speed ruleset because it is a slow monster.

Second position: Radiated Brute (Level 1)

Another slow monster, Radiated Brute can attack my opponent at position two by its’ Reach ability. It had 2 attacking power with 5 health. Its’ slow speed is very important in this battle ruleset.

Notes: The Grum Flameblade and Radiated Brute team up with Tarsa, their power can increase to 5 and 3. Total 8 damages will be given to my enemy by only first two monster and it may increase during the battle. Great.

Third position: Scavo Firebolt (Level 2)

The theme of this week. I place the Scavo Firebolt at third. It is one of my support attacker in my lineup. With its’5 health (after power up by Tarsa) and my first range attacker in my line up. I wish it can attract the Opportunity and Snipe ability monster to attack it. Make a cover for my other two attackers behind.

Fourth position: Ifrit Rising (Level 1)

Another giant attacker in my lineup. Ifrit Rising is a high speed and high magic power monster. I want its’ Recharge ability (This Monster attacks every two round but does 3x damage, it can provide 6 damages during each attacking turn.) can destroy enemy monster’s armor or destroy enemy’s monster immediately during his attacking turn.

Fifth position: Djinn Inferni (Level 2)

Djinn Inferni, a good destroyer, had 3 magic power with 4 speed. I need its’ high power supply.

Last position: Sand Worm (Level 2)

My last monster is Sand Worm. I want it to destroy enemy’s back with its’ 6 attacking power. (after power up by Tarsa)

Notes: You may have a question. Why I had selected Scavo Firebolt, Ifrit Rising and Djinn Inferni in this battle? Both of them were had high speed (at least 3). They will not have any advantage in this battle ruleset. Why I am not used some melee attack monster that had Sneak ability instead of them? It is because my Sneak ability monsters such as Tenyii Striker is upgraded to higher level, its’ speed increase to 3 too. It will have an opportunity to miss the target. However, magic attack monsters will not miss unless we meet the monster with Phase ability. But this opportunity is low.

Game Play

My opponent selected Water desk with Kelya Frendul be theirs Summoner. Totally out of my expectation. He used the Demented Shark to power up all the melee attacker in the team. However, the weakness of their lineup is speed. Who will win this battle? Let’s see the battle with the battle link below.

At start, after all summoners/monster abilities added. My team is look like in bad situation. My Sand Worm can just only destroy the armor of my enemy’s Cornealus before it lost. Even though the Worm can damage it, but still no effect on it because it can heal itself. Scavo Firebolt did its’ good job that it attracts the Deeplurker to attack it but it will have lost at round 2 too. The bright spot is my front row, Grum Flameblade and Radiated Brute break all the armor of Chain Golem and we can destroy it at round 2. Grum Flameblade is just only lost 4 armors because my enemy miss their attack two times. And it is the second attacker beyond the Radiated Brute in the attacking order is a good news.

In round 2, the Grum Flameblade was destroyed the Chain Golem and it was power up. But we lost Djinn Inferni and Scavo Firebolt. Lucky the Scavo Firebolt was destroyed the armor of the Flying Squid before it lost and let the Ifrit Rising can be given a 6 damages to the Squid.

In round 3, my enemy lost Flying Squid and lost 6 damages to Grum Flameblade because they miss another attack again. The tide is turning.

In round 4, the Grum Flameblade was destroyed the Sand Worm and it was power up again. Its’ armor was returned. My enemy miss another attack and lost the chance to destroy my Radiated Brute in this round.

Round 5, the Grum Flameblade was power up itself continually.

Finally, I win this battle.

Conclusion:

The main point that I can win this battle because of the speed of the monster. The speed of water desk monster is too high and the melee attacker is more easy to miss their attack during this battle. No one can win the battle when the team always miss their target and cannot provide any damage to enemy.

Although my Scavo Firebolt is not the main character in this battle, but it did a good job be a supporter.
