🌟 Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - Rebellion! 🌟

In this edition of the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge, we dive headfirst into the captivating theme of our newest card set: Rebellion.

Here's how you can join in on the excitement:

🔥 Be sure to make your post Rebellion themed!

🔥 All information related to Rebellion is in this post

💥 Rebellion set is currently scheduled to be released on Tuesday, December 5th, during the regularly scheduled maintenance period.

💥 At this point all packs purchased during the presale will be able to be opened, all of the new cards and mechanics will be added to the game, the Untamed set will rotate out of Modern format, and players will be able to claim their rewards from the Rebellion presale.

💥 The general sale of Rebellion booster packs will also begin at this time.

💥 There will be a total of 9.5M Rebellion packs available during the general sale.

💥 The Rebellion set is the fifth core edition of Splinterlands and introduces new gameplay elements.

💳 Each Rebellion booster pack will contain five randomly selected cards, with at least one rare card guaranteed.

💰 The base price for a Rebellion booster pack is 5000 Credits or 5000 DEC, with discounts available using VOUCHER tokens.

🎁 The top six accounts with the most Rebellion booster packs purchased during the presale will have the opportunity to design a Legendary Summoner card.

🏆 The top 250 accounts on the presale leaderboard will earn in-game titles based on their position.

🃏 Players who purchase Rebellion packs during the presale will receive two limited edition promo cards.

🔒 The airdrop system will be revamped with the introduction of "Conflicts," where players stake unopened Rebellion packs and cards to earn airdrop rewards.

🎮 The Rebellion set will introduce new unit abilities: Armored Strike, Corrosive Ward, Flank, and Lookout.

🌟 Some of the Summoners in the Rebellion set will be dual-element, allowing them to summon cards from two elements on the same team.

⚔️ Rebellion Summoners will also feature a new mechanic called Summoner Tactics, where players can choose between two sets of buffs or debuffs after both players reveal their teams.

  • 💥 The Gobalano Soldier is a powerful unit that destroys armor and attacks before the battle even begins.
  • 🔥 The Infernal Firestorm is a tank with high health and armor that can shred through opponent's defenses.
  • 🎭 The Chaos Animator is a low-mana support unit that boosts cards with Thorns, Return Fire, and Magic Reflect.
  • 🌊 The Anasth Soothsayer is a support card that can cleanse, heal, and dispel various effects.
  • 🌀 Zeddica is the first dual-element summoner, allowing players to use cards from both Death and Water elements.
  • ⚔️ Prophet Rosa is the first Tactics summoner, offering choices to give shield or buffs to units.
  • 🃏 The Rebellion card set introduces new abilities, dual-elements, and tactics to enhance gameplay.



🔥 Sneak Peeks No. 2 here

  • The Mar Toren Seeker is a perfect second-position unit for the Target Practice ruleset—or anytime your opponent comes at you with Snipe. His Dodge and Phase means he can stand up against even magic attacks.

  • Weapons Training gets an overhaul in Rebellion, and the Moxian Rebel is ready to take full advantage of it. The ability now grants full attack power to adjacent units, and there it stays, even if the Trainer dies a grisly death. She has Camouflage and Dodge as well.

  • The Redwyrm Dragon is one of Rebellion’s Flying units that you absolutely must have. It also has Immunity, which is crucial in the Noxious Fumes ruleset… and to counter the Tactics of a certain Underboss summoner from the Gobson Family. Immobolize your target with a stun, and that high health and armor is just icing on the cake.

  • What units have Protect and Repair and can be used in the Little League ruleset? From Alpha to Rebellion, there’s only one, and that’s Runeseer Sevaya. She’ll keep your team armored up, even if your opponent happens to land an attack while Blind. Meanwhile, her Cleanse keeps the debuffs off your tank so they can take a beating and keep on ticking.


Sneak Peeks No. 3 here

  • With 17 health at max level, the Ulund Overseer weighs in as the beefiest unit in the game. Add in his 10 armor, he can take just about anything your opponent throws at him. He’s got Flank as well.

  • The Pirate of Eight is a four-mana unit that start at level 1 with both Reach and Blast.

  • Not only does Croire have Flank, but he’s got Weapons Training, too, and Rebellion has a whole slew of No Attack units just itching to pick up a sword and carve up your opponent. They’ll have plenty of time to do it too, thanks to Croire’s Heal.

  • The Chaos Golem is a formidable tank that, with its Retaliate and Return Fire, can tear up your opponent’s melee and ranged attackers. And once its health drops, its Enrage ability is sure to wreck havoc on anyone who takes a swing at him.

Did you know that Weapons Training received a buff with the arrival of the Rebellion collection? We'll talk about it and the new Rebellion Cards that'll come with it -> Croire and Moxian Rebel.
Also, we'll talk about the importance of Neutral Cards, mentioning some of the new cards seen in the Rebellions set, like Ulundin Overseer.

Continuing from my previous post. I managed to get preview access to all cards coming from Rebellion edition. Its enormous and massive!! I couldn't wait to write a lot of discussion and review for these cards. Rebellion edition will be released next week on Tuesday, December 5th; but in the mean time, let's take an early review starting from Fire Splinter. There are 14 (fourteen) new cards will be introduced, which is far fewer compared to Chaos Legion with its 17 (seventeen) cards.
