CHALLENGE RULES

RULESET: Unprotected


Description:

All armor is removed from units and one cannot gain armor.

Shield and Divine Shield are unaffected.


Battle Showcase: Create a post sharing a video link of one of your battles using the Unprotected ruleset. Be sure to link to your battle even if you also upload it to a video hosting platform like YouTube.

Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions is 2 days before the post pays out (Monday at 12 pm CDT). This is to ensure that our curators have enough time to review all the entries before the next challenge is posted. Your punctuality is appreciated!

Tagging: Don't forget to tag your post with #splinterlands and #play2earn to ensure it's part of the challenge.

Voting Quantity: You can get a MAXIMUM of 2 upvotes per week, per human. Please limit your entries to TWO posts a week. Take your time, make your posts awesome, and impress us with your Splinterlands skills!

Fair Play: Anyone found using more than one account to enter the contest will be muted in the community and banned from all curation and the possibility for participation in future contests.

Unprotected will strip all cards from its armor traits. Beyond that, Unprotected also prevents all kinds of armor buff from taking into effect. So literally there will be no armor at all on the battlefield. This means card will rely on health entirely for defense and survival. Some abilities will become useless. Magic cards will be less potent. While speed and evasion abilities will become emboldened. So let's take a further look into this ruleset.

Let's enjoy the Unprotected battle-rule, where all armor is removed from units and none can be gained. The Shield and Divine Shield abilities are are unaffected, leaving space for some strong melee dynamics.
